NEARLY 10 YEARS OF PARTNERSHIP WITH INDUSTRIOUS

ARTICLE SUMMARY

A visit to Industrious in Seattle brings nearly a decade of partnership into focus. I reflect on Ideoli Group’s role as its LED lighting product partner, the value of trust and the work behind a lasting business relationship.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • Nearly ten years of partnership have accompanied Industrious’ growth from a handful of locations to hundreds worldwide.

  • Trust, communication and consistent execution help sustain long-term client relationships.

Visiting an Industrious location in Seattle gave me a chance to reflect on nearly ten years of working together. Seeing the space in person was a proud reminder of how far this relationship has come.

From the start of our relationship, when Industrious had just a handful of locations, to hundreds worldwide, Ideoli Group has been fortunate to serve as its LED lighting product partner. We are grateful for the trust and the opportunity to support that growth.

ABOUT INDUSTRIOUS

Industrious is a flexible workspace provider offering private offices, coworking memberships, team suites and on-demand meeting rooms. Founded in 2012 by Jamie Hodari and Justin Stewart, it opened its first workspace in Chicago in 2013 and now operates more than 250 locations worldwide.

Its approach combines thoughtfully designed workplaces with a focus on the member experience. Furnished offices, shared workspaces and on-site support give individuals and teams options for focused work, meetings and collaboration. That attention to how people use a space is part of what makes the lighting behind it meaningful to me.

NEARLY A DECADE OF WORKING TOGETHER

Long-term partnerships mean a great deal to me. They develop through conversations, decisions and the everyday work of showing up for a client. As a business grows, its needs evolve. Being a useful partner means continuing to listen and understand what matters.

That is one of the most valuable lessons I have learned as an entrepreneur: earning the first opportunity is only the beginning. You have to keep earning the relationship through your work. I explored that idea in my reflection on trust, execution and global expansion.

LED LIGHTING AND THE WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE

Lighting is one of the details that helps shape how a workplace looks and feels, alongside its layout, materials and furnishings.

For me, visiting a location brings the product side of our work into focus. There is a difference between discussing lighting and standing in the environment it serves. Those visits connect our day-to-day work with the spaces people use.

Through my work in the lighting industry, I have come to appreciate the collaboration behind a finished space. A lasting client relationship gives us the opportunity to keep learning from that work over time. You can explore more of those projects and experiences on my business page.

GRATEFUL FOR THE TRUST, EXCITED FOR WHAT COMES NEXT

Nearly a decade of partnership is something to appreciate. I am thankful to Industrious for the relationship and to everyone at Ideoli who contributes to the work behind it.

Seeing Industrious grow from a handful of locations to hundreds worldwide makes this Seattle visit especially meaningful. We are proud to have played a part in that journey as its LED lighting product partner, and I look forward to many more years of working together.
