There are moments that define a project — and others that define a vision. The launch party at the Zagorakis Soccer Academy in Thessaloniki was both. It was a celebration of youth development, Greek football pride, and the powerful collaboration behind this world-class facility.

Led by legendary Greek captain Theodoros Zagorakis, the academy officially opened its doors with energy, emotion, and a clear mission: to inspire and develop the next generation of Greek athletes. And this week, I had the privilege of being there — alongside my Ideoli partners Chris Hartswick and Kosta Varnavopoulos — to witness this milestone firsthand.

One of the highlights of the night was seeing the academy fully illuminated for the first time with Ideoli’s complete LED lighting system — installed across every field, every corner, every playing surface.

Standing there with Chris and Kosta, watching the lights come alive at sunset, was a powerful moment for all of us. This wasn’t just another project. This was something meaningful — the type of impact you feel in your chest.
